Shipping Information


1. SALES TAX                                                                                                                                          

All orders will be subject to a state and local sales tax if applicable.

2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME                                                                                              

Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships, after the payment is cleared.  The payment could take up to 1 business day to be cleared depending on the payment method customer selected. All orders received before 1 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day.  Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.  Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Please note: the processing time does not mean your package arrival time. The package arrival time will be calculated by combining the processing time and the shipment method time frame you have selected .

3. DELIVERY TIME                                                                                                    

Orders shipped with STANDARD SHIPPING can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 49 Continental US states. We are not responsible for delivery times that may be delayed by delivery carriers. However, if your package is delayed we have no control over the delivery carriers. We do put delivery tracking and confirmation on your package at no extra charge to you to assist in locating your package should it be delayed. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING                                                                                

Shipping cost is based upon the product weight, dimensions and the customer's shipping address. International customers may need to pay additional fees, taxes and customs.  Contact your local Customs office for full details.

5. LOST PACKAGE

The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier you selected. Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, TheBeautyPlace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and report any lost packages within 14 days from delivery date to investigate the loss and begin the lost package claim. We’ll gladly help initiate a claim if necessary.
